I thought "Cousin Selma" had such beautiful breasts, she's "decorated" them,  and she looks so proud, I had to give her the prize!  Cousin Selma is watercolor, pastels, oil pastels, and ink.  It is definitely not meant to be realistic and I don't have a Cousin Selma.
